Pastor Landius C. Alexander Sr.

Pastor Landius C. Alexander Sr grew up in Shreveport, LA, he graduated from Southwood High School in 1981. He is married to Carolyn Alexander and they have 2 children (Persephone’ Butler and Landius C. Alexander Jr.) and 2 grandchildren (Khloe’ A. and Micah A. Butler). He joined the United States Air Force in 1982 and spent the next 24 years serving his country before retiring at Little Rock AFB, AR in 2006. He was a Sunday School teacher, President of Brotherhood Ministry, Usher, and member of Evangelist team before being called by God to teach his Word in 2009. He preached his first sermon at Mount Canaan B.C. on December 20, 2009. In January 2011 he and his wife founded GDIM, an Outreach ministry dedicated to sharing the love of Christ with others outside the four walls of the church. Pastor Alexander stands on God’s Word that we are here to Serve and not be served. For we are not saved by good works but for good works. Pastor Alexander was ordained in March 2016 and he started pastoring his ministry in April 2016. Pastor Alexander graduated from the University of Phoenix with a B.A. in Business Administration with a 3.5 GPA. Pastor Alexander worked as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration from July 2007 until he retired in Nov 2020. Pastor Alexander volunteers at several agencies spreading the word of God. Pastor Alexander enjoys spending time with his family, watching comedy shows, and traveling.
